heya has closed down. heya was a Singtel prepaid sub-brand offering affordable SIM-only plans on the Singtel network. Singtel stopped new heya sign-ups on 3 November 2025 and ended top-ups on 1 December 2025, and existing heya customers were automatically migrated to hi! by Singtel with their balances and entitlements carried over.

If you were a heya user, your line now runs on hi! — manage it through the hi!App. If you came here looking for a heya-style plan, the closest equivalents today are hi! by Singtel (same network, same prepaid style), GOMO (Singtel's no-contract SIM-only brand) and the other budget options in our cheapest plans and prepaid plans comparisons.

Why choose Heya?

heya is no longer available to new customers, but its strengths live on in hi! by Singtel: Singtel-network coverage, prepaid flexibility with no contract, app-based top-ups and eSIM support. Compare current prepaid plans and SIM-only plans to find the best replacement for your old heya plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is heya still available in Singapore?+
No. heya stopped accepting new sign-ups on 3 November 2025, and from 1 December 2025 existing customers were moved to Singtel hi!. The heya brand has effectively been retired. If you're plan-shopping, start with today's prepaid or cheapest plans.
How do I top up my heya plan online?+
heya top-ups ended on 1 December 2025. Existing heya plans were moved to Singtel hi! automatically — your number stays the same, and you now top up and renew through the Singtel hi! app instead of the heya app. No action was needed for the move itself.
Is heya by Singtel, and which network did it use?+
Yes — heya was a Singtel-owned prepaid brand running on the Singtel network, which is why the migration to Singtel hi! was automatic and kept the same coverage and number.
Is there a heya hotline or customer service contact?+
heya support was handled in-app rather than via a traditional hotline. Since the move, former heya customers are supported through the Singtel hi! app and Singtel's standard support channels.
What happened to the heya app and my login?+
The heya app was retired with the migration. Your plan, top-ups and add-ons are now managed in the Singtel hi! app — download it to take over where the heya app left off.
Did heya support eSIM, and what should ex-heya users pick now?+
heya was physical-SIM only — it never offered eSIM. If you'd rather switch than stay on Singtel hi!, compare eSIM plans, look at GOMO, or read our heya vs GOMO comparison for the closest alternatives.
